Gary, the trams are worse as you say.
My location at the rear of the building is now experiencing loud noise, in fact louder noise. Perhaps the speed at which the tracks were laid meant perfection was sacrificed. As with anything, lack of care can and will create poorer quality. Gary it is great you have this visual/audio documentation and I am sure you know to whom to send it. Great work Gary.
