Hello all,

1. Façade C (Rear):
   a. Painting works on the open balconies are currently in progress,
   however are being delayed due to wet weather.
   b. Please take care when moving items on your balcony, as the paint will
   be soft for several weeks and easily damaged.
   
2. Façade A (Front):
   a. We have commenced pressure washing this façade. Remedial repairs
   and painting will commence once the Façade C works are completed.
   b. Prior to starting works on enclosed balcony areas, we will provide
   notice so these areas can be cleared accordingly.
   
3. Weather:
   a. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we deal with
   weather-related delays.
