Dear Residents,
We are about to undertake a significant improvement to our building’s facilities. Starting at the beginning of August, on-site work will officially commence to completely replace our lifts.
While these upgrades will cause some temporary inconvenience, the end result will be a much faster and more reliable service for everyone. To ensure we always have lift access, the installation will take place in two stages.
Installation Schedule & Availability
- During the installation of the first new lift, only one existing lift will be operational for approximately three months.
- We will then have one new lift operational while the second new lift is installed
We highly recommend factoring a few extra minutes into your daily routine when leaving your apartment during this period, as wait times will inevitably be longer than usual.
⚠️ Safety Advisory: Basement Car Park
Throughout the six-month project, construction crews, materials, and heavy equipment will be operating in the basement car park area. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you:
- Stay alert when walking through the basement.
- Drive at a very low speed.
- Exercise extra caution when parking and when entering or exiting the building.
