Just in case you are wondering, we have not forgotten about this.
We received the report from Webb plumbing and did the obvious, checked a couple of apartments that we were familiar with. Hmm, both seemed wrong, they didn’t match with what we knew the plumber had said.
We followed up with Paul Webb and received this reply…

Hi Gary I have never been happy with Webb Plumbing. Well this is not entirely true, initially they were OK. I think they grew too large and ONLY wanted to work on buildings not individuals in a complex. Thus no loyalty to their individual and original clients. I recently had a problem with failed flexi hoses under the vanity. I searched locally and used a service, Hutchison Plumbing, contact Steve, 95343964, and he responded immediately to rectify. They are now in my contact list.
