FULL 60 HOUR CLOSURE – ST KILDA ROAD DRIVEWAY

Please be advised that from 7am Monday 13 November to 7pm Wednesday 15 November there will be no vehicle or pedestrian access from St Kilda Road to the lower level car park.  

Works to build the new driveway require a full closure for 60 hours. This will allow us to construct the reinforcement of the driveway, pour the concrete and allow enough time for the concrete to set and harden.

Pedestrian, bicycle and motorcycle access will not be possible during this time as the new driveway is built to the property boundary.

We have arranged alternative parking at 1 Queens Road from Sunday 12 November. If you would like to take up this offer, please reply to this email or call 1800 105 105 with your name and the number of vehicles.

Following difficulties experienced by users during the last closure, we have come to an arrangement with the parking garage for this to be pass free. Exit will be granted via the call function on the boom gate. More instructions will be provided if you choose to take up the option. Please register by Thursday 9 November 2023.

Please note that while the driveway is closed for 60 hours, construction work will only take place during standard construction hours, except for the concrete pour which must be continuous and may run pass time.
