BOWEN CRESCENT DRIVEWAY – DAYTIME CLOSURE

Please be advised that each day from Tuesday 21 November to Friday 24 November 2023 there will be no vehicle egress or ingress to the Botanica upper-level carpark between 8.00am and 4.00pm each day.



Works to install utilities under the road will prevent access to and from Bowen Crescent into the upper-level carpark. These works involve saw cutting the road where the driveway and Bowen Crescent meet, digging a trench, installing conduit and reinstating the road. The driveway will be reinstated each day by 4pm.



Bicycles and motorcycles will be able to enter and exit the upper-level carpark and be walked along the footpath to the road. Pedestrian access to the upper-level carpark will be maintained.



Cross Yarra Partnership can arrange alternative parking at 1 Queens Road. If you would like a parking pass, please respond to this email or let us know if you would like to discuss alternative options.
