A reminder to all residents that the upper and lower carpark are a shared space with a speed limit of 5km/h

Please take care to observe your surroundings for anyone potentially walking around blind corners especially in the lower carpark.

Be aware that there are cameras in both carparks and unsafe driving may constitute a breach of building policy.
