Façade B (North face)
On Monday 3rd March access to the lower carpark will be blocked
between 9am-4.30pm to enable erection of scaffolding. If you do need
to use your vehicle, please ensure this is removed from the carpark
prior to 8.30am.
We expect to commence painting works on this façade next week
following the scaffolding erection.

Façade D (Bowen Cres):
Next week, Avello will complete the washing to Façade D and commence
painting works.

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed for the duration of the
painting works.
