Hello all,

1. Façade B & D:
   a. Next week, Avello will continue the painting works to these facades.
   b. Weather permitting, we hoping to complete painting works to these
   facades next week (excluding balcony internals & ground floor areas)
   c. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed for the duration of the
   painting works.
2. Façade C (Rear):
   a. Depending on progress on Façade B & D, we expect to commence
   pressure washing & remedial works on this façade from Monday 31st
   March.
3. Ground Floor / Front Retaining Walls:
   a. We expect to start works on these areas in the next few weeks.
