Action near Anzac Station next Tuesday

Hello,   As part of getting the Metro Tunnel ready for operations activities and exercises involving firefighters, police, SES and paramedics will take place at Anzac Station from 7am to 5pm on Tuesday 22 April 2025.  

These activities and exercises will take place inside Anzac Station.

During this time, you may notice low levels of noise, carrying of emergency equipment in and out of the station and emergency services personnel around the station. There will be no testing of alarms, vehicle sirens or changes to traffic or tram services as part of these activities and exercises.   Emergency Services vehicles, including fire trucks, ambulance vehicles, police vehicles and other marked vehicles, will be parked from 7am to 5pm in some parking bays around Anzac Station.

Emergency Services vehicles parking on St Kilda Road Northbound lanes in the four ¼P parking bays between Bowen Lane and Albert Road south Northbound lanes in the two Emergency Services vehicle/Designated vehicle bays next to the St Kilda Road and Albert Road intersection Southbound lanes in the seven ¼P parking bays next to the St Kilda Road and Domain Road intersection   Emergency Services vehicles parking on Albert Road Westbound lanes in the 5 minute parking area next to the Albert Road and St Kilda Road intersection Westbound lanes in the two 5 minute parking bays between the Taxi drop off and Loading Zone bays  

Emergency Services vehicles parking on Domain Road Westbound lanes in the 2P Meter/30 Minute Loading Zone parking bays 88, 89 and 90 next to the Domain Road and St Kilda Road intersection Eastbound lanes in the 2P Meter parking bays 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 between St Kilda Road and Dallas Brooks Drive.
