Hello all,
- Façade C (Rear):
a. We are progressing with pressure washing and remedial & painting
works on this façade.
b. Please remove as much as practically possible from your balcony,
especially any fragile or easily damaged items.
c. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed for the duration of the
painting works, which is expected to be approx. 4 weeks. - Façade C/D Corner Balconies (Rear/Bowen Cres Corner):
a. We are planning to commence pressure washing and painting works
on these balconies on Monday 5th May and expect works to take
approx. 1 week.
b. Please note, we need all items to be removed from the balcony so we
can clean and paint all areas including the floors.
c. If you require assistance to remove items, please CLICK HERE to log
your issue and someone will be in contact. - Ground Floor Areas / Front Retaining Walls:
a. Render repairs to the front retaining walls are underway.
b. We expect to start painting works on these areas in the next few
weeks.
