Meet your neighbours and local council rep

Please come and chat with your neighbours over a free drink and nibbles.

We will also have our local council representative there to chat about things happening in the City of Port Phillip.

It’s a great opportunity to explain how much you love our ‘water sensitive urban design garden’ out the front, or how you’ve noticed that the food delivery scooters are politely sharing our footpath or maybe you’d like to congratulate the City of Port Phillip on the lovely changes they are making in Park St 😉

Beti Jay is our rep and she lives in Park St. She understands our pain but it would be good if she hears it politely from more than just me.

PLEASE make an effort to come along

Painting works look ahead

Hello all,

  1. Façade C (Rear):
    a. Pressure washing and painting works on the balconies are currently in
progress. These works are taking slightly longer than anticipated, but
we expect completion within approximately one week.
    b. To assist us in accessing all areas—including balcony floors—please
ensure all personal items are removed.
    c. If you require assistance moving items, please CLICK HERE to log a
request, and a team member will be in touch.
    d. Subject to weather conditions, works on this façade are expected to be
fully completed within the next two weeks.
  2. Façade A (Front):
    a. We are scheduled to commence pressure washing and remedial
repairs on this façade from mid to late this week.
    b. We kindly ask residents to remove any fragile or easily damaged items
from balconies. We will provide further notice when we are ready to
clean and paint the balcony floors.
  3. Front Retaining Walls:
    a. These walls will have cracks filled and painting completed once Façade
    A is complete.
  4. Weather:
    a. We have been fortunate with dry weather to date, although conditions
will likely change soon. We appreciate your patience and
understanding while we deal with weather-related delays.

To log any project-related issues or defects, please CLICK HERE to submit them via
the Project Issues Register. The project team will ensure they are addressed
    promptly.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Should you have any questions, please
feel free to contact the building manager, who will liaise directly with the project
    team.
    Kind Regards,
    Fanus Coetzee
