Hello all,

1. Winter Weather:
   a. We are being heavily impacted by the winter weather which is delaying
   and changing our schedule. We appreciate your patience and
   understanding while we deal with weather-related delays.
   
2. Façade C (Rear):
   a. Painting works on the open balconies is nearing completion, however
   are being delayed due to wet / cold weather. We will be completing this
   work as soon as the weather allows.
   
3. Façade A (Front):
   a. Remedial repairs to the main façade are well underway and we expect
   to commence painting main façade areas shortly.
   b. Prior to starting works on enclosed balcony areas, we will provide
   notice so these areas can be cleared accordingly.
   
   To log any project-related issues or defects, please CLICK HERE to submit them via the Project Issues Register. The project team will ensure they are addressed promptly.
