The painting contractors have raised an issue that I need to bring to your attention. It seems that a number of residents are asking the guys on the ropes some questions about the status and timing of the work.

They have raised it as a potential safety issue.

I have made it very clear that we are all sick of the poor communications and that is likely to be why they are getting questions.

Please avoid distracting the guys.
