A Fond Farewell

Dear Residents,

Today marks my last day as the concierge of our building, and I wanted to take a moment to send you a little note.

It has been a true pleasure to meet you all and to have the opportunity to be part of this community, even for a short time. I have enjoyed every interaction, and I hope I was able to contribute to making your daily life a little more pleasant.

I wish you all the very best for the future and will cherish the wonderful memories of my time here.

Thank you again for your warm welcome!

Best regards,
Mouad

Reminder: Proper Waste Disposal Guidelines

Dear Residents,

I hope this message finds you well.

As we strive to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone in our building, I kindly remind you to dispose of your waste in the designated bins. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could compress your recyclables, especially items like cardboard boxes, before placing them in the bins.

This helps us maximize space and keeps our waste area tidy.

Thank you for your cooperation and for contributing to our community’s well-being.

Best regards,

Mouad, Building Manager.

Temporary Concierge Introduction

Dear Residents,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mouad, and I am excited to inform you that I will be your temporary concierge for the next three weeks while Reeve is on vacation.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or require assistance.

Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your warm welcome!

Lower Carpark Entrance Closure

Due to bricklaying works to repair the mouldings in the St Kilda carpark entrance, scaffolding will need to be put in place that will limit car access from:

Wednesday 3rd from 8:30-5:30

Cars will not be able to enter or exit between these hours

Please make use of the new car spaces out the front of the building or contact Reeve on 0467 444 074 for updates and alternatives.

Strong Winds

A reminder to all to be mindful of loose items on balconies that may need to be secured during days of strong wind. Please check furniture to ensure nothing is at risk of falling and damaging yourself or others.

Be careful also of opening balcony doors as some have been blown closed suddenly and cracked glass in the past.

Bin chutes

A reminder to all residents that the bin chutes on each level drop a considerable distance before they reach the bin.

Shatterable items such as glass and ceramics should be brought to the bin storage in the lower carpark and placed in the bin rather than dropped.

This is a particular safety concern as there may be someone in the storage room that could be impacted, as I nearly experienced this morning.

Similarly, sharp objects that may puncture or tear garbage bags should be removed.

Waste must also be securely bagged to prevent excessive spillage.

Thanks all,

Reeve
