Please take care to observe your surroundings for anyone potentially walking around blind corners especially in the lower carpark.

Be aware that there are cameras in both carparks and unsafe driving may constitute a breach of building policy.

The alcove lights in the lift lobby appear to have shorted out at around 11.30pm on the 10th. The wall lights and downlights are still functional but please be aware the lobby is now considerably dimmer.

Tradesmen are not available to assist until Monday so please take care exiting the lift until then.

On Monday night, a resident’s bike was stolen from the lower basement bike racks. The perpetrator got in through the front door as another resident was leaving. After taking the bike, they then returned to look for unlocked cars.

As a matter of general security, please do not unlock the door for anyone you are not familiar with, and be mindful that doors lock securely behind you when you leave. If you notice a door that should be locked is being chocked open, please close it securely.

If you keep a bike in the lower bike racks, ensure they are locked in place. Similarly, make sure to lock your vehicles and do not store spare keys in them that would allow a thief to gain access to the rest of the building. If you have a fob that you leave in the car please bring it to the concierge office and it can be programmed to only open the roller doors
