Just a brief message to let you know that we have finalised an agreement with a new Building Management company.
It means the end of a long-term relationship between The Botanica and Paul /Genesis. I’d like to personally thank Paul, Maggie, Arthur and Mick for their service over many years and wish them well in the future.
Paul’s final day will be Thursday September 28.
More details of the new Building Manager to come later.

What a sad day that will be for the Botanica. You’ll find it very difficult to replace Paul. Let’s hope you don’t employ the company that manages my current building. There’s just no comparison.
