One of our owners is selling an apartment nearby
A spacious renovated 3 bedroom apartment is for sale in The Princeton building, 418 St Kilda Rd – opposite the Toorak Rd tram stop.
Facing the east, it has a bright 180 degree outlook from the city, Shrine, Botanical Gardens to Fawkner Park.
The master bedroom has an en-suite & walk-in robe while bedrooms 2 & 3 have built-in robes and ducted aircon heats & cools all rooms.
The 2nd bathroom has a european laundry space and plenty of storage.
High speed fibre internet is connected to the apartment. 2 car spaces, gym, pool, spa and sauna all recently upgraded.

Just received from our neighbours at 1 Bowen Cres
To all concerned,
We are organising a crane lift for Wednesday 8th December. We are expecting to start around 8am and finish around lunchtime, which will block Bowen Cres on our side of the road. Access to all properties shall remain in place, however, given that the materials will be moved over the pedestrian walkway, this will be blocked off.
There will be traffic management in place for the duration.
Please let us know if this will impact on any of your works on this day and also inform necessary parties.
Please contact me if you have any queries or concerns.
Thanks
