With the recent move of our gas meter from the lower car park, it has been suggested that we use that cage to improve our recycling options. It would be in addition to the current recycling next to the lift
Some suggestions include
- Clothes via a wheelie bin from Good Sammys or equiv
- Shoes via a wheelie bin from Good Sammys or equiv
- Nespresso – via a service they offer
- Electrical waste – via City of Port Phillip
Feedback welcome please
You may have seen guys abseiling on the Bowen Cres side of Botanica on Friday. As all residents would know, we have had a long standing battle with cockatoos and their sharp beaks. We are about to run a trial of some new harder material.
Last week they removed one section, next week they will install the new material.
Who would have thought that less than one week after our footpath was re-instated and re-surfaced, they have dug it up again…and have had to use their graffiti AGAIN. You’d think they could have checked what is under the asphalt when it was dug up??
I received this from MMRA…don’t think it was in the letterbox drop, not sure why??
On Monday and Tuesday Bowen Crescent eastbound lane will be closed adjacent your premise for gas works. The gas works contractor will ensure access to your driveway will be maintained and I have tool boxed our traffic controllers on their interaction with vehicles entering and exiting your building and ensuring support is provided.
You should have also been notified about this… Bowen Cres westwards from St Kilda Rd will be closed until next Wednesday. See below
You should have received letterbox notification that the St Kilda Rd driveway will be unavailable tomorrow for thirty minutes. It will occur between 10-11am
I’ve only had a quick skim, but LOTS of good info in here. It will be tabled at tonight’s council meeting
If you are really keen you can watch tonight’s council meeting on your PC. Here is the link.
Some of you may not realise but both the captain (Trent Cotchin) and Shane Edwards lived at Botanica at one time.
Another Tiger captain, Kane Johnston also lived here.
Well done Tigers
As indicated last week, we will have no access in or out of our St Kilda Rd driveway between 9am – 4pm on Thursday October 5.
We also need to carry out some rollerdoor repairs and are trying to do both at the same time
Details are here
