You should have received a note about some noisy CYP work in Bowen Cres this week.

The NDD work (the noisy stuff) will most likely be from Wednesday morning thru Thursday

As part of water main relocation works, the team must drill underneath St Kilda Road to tap into a water connection point at the corner of Bowen Crescent.

The main disruption for Botanica residents is that the exit from Bowen Crescent onto St Kilda Road will be closed between Monday 6 July and Tuesday 14 July.

Access to Botanica’s Bowen Crescent driveway will be maintained, but residents will be required to exit towards Kings Way.

The turn into Bowen Crescent from St Kilda Road will be unaffected.
