When the Committee recently reviewed our readiness for any Covid issues, we realised that we did not have an accurate and up to date contact list for everyone in the building.

Paul will put a form under each door today and I ask that you complete it and return it to him.

It is not for any marketing type use. Paul will use when he needs to contact you for urgent matters.
