This came through from the Melbourne South Yarra Residents group (MSYRG) this morning.

Members and neighbours have informed MSYRG that this week there have been at least two assaults of women in Millswyn Street.  It is a man targeting women specifically between 7-8am in the mornings.

The police have been informed.
