The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) has provided $305,000, as part of the Safer Cyclist and Pedestrian Fund, to undertake a study into a safer environment for cyclists, pedestrians, public transport users and motorists. The study area is the 5.2km section of St Kilda Road, between Linlithgow Avenue, Southbank and Carlisle Street, East St Kilda.
