Police are investigating a suspected road rage incident in Melbourne’s CBD on Sunday, 13 February.
It’s understood four people were riding electric scooters along St Kilda Road when they had a verbal exchange with an unknown female pedestrian about 10.40pm.
The woman was picked up by a yellow Ford and the unknown driver began chasing after the four scooter riders.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police attended and attempted to speak with the four riders but they refused to provide statements.
One rider, 30-year-old Melbourne man, later came forward to police and assisted with their enquiries.
Police are working to identify the driver of the yellow Ford, who remains outstanding at this stage.
Police are also investigating traffic offences committed by the persons riding electric scooters in a 60km zone.
The investigation remains ongoing.
